Ingredients: Low Carb Mathri

MACRO INGREDIENT QTY MICRO INGREDIENT QTY
Low Carb Flour 50 g Baking Powder 1/8 tsp
Oil 8 g Salt as per taste
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi Powder 1/4 tsp

Procedure :

  1. Take low carb flour (50 g), add salt, ajwain, oil and kasuri methi to it.
  2. Bind it into a dough with warm water (dough should be little harder than the dough of c hapati).
  3. Roll them into small mathris and air fry them for 12-13 minutes at 170 degrees.

Your low carb mathris are ready.
Enjoy them with pickle and tea.

Outcome:

Light brown colour, Crispy

Shelf Life:

25-30 days when stored in air tight container.

Storage Instructions:

Store in an airtight container. Refrigeration not required.

Additional Info:

  • You can use finely sieved soya chunks flour instead of defatted soya flour.
  • You can add plain wheat flour as per your macros.
  • You can add some sooji also to it to make it more crispy. Adjust the quantity of dry coconut & ghee as per your macros.
