Procedure :
- Take low carb flour (50 g), add salt, ajwain, oil and kasuri methi to it.
- Bind it into a dough with warm water (dough should be little harder than the dough of c hapati).
- Roll them into small mathris and air fry them for 12-13 minutes at 170 degrees.
Outcome:
Light brown colour, Crispy

25-30 days when stored in air tight container.

Additional Info:
- You can use finely sieved soya chunks flour instead of defatted soya flour.
- You can add plain wheat flour as per your macros.
- You can add some sooji also to it to make it more crispy. Adjust the quantity of dry coconut & ghee as per your macros.
