Procedure: Preparing Peda
- Roast the defatted soya flour on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Boil milk in a pan and reduce it to half.
- Add the roasted defatted soya flour and mix well till (~1 minute) you achieve a thick paste like consistency so that you can bind the pedas.
- Once cooled, add elaichi powder and sweetener and roll them into pedas.

Shelf Life:
Store them outside in a container for 3-4 days.
Storage Instructions:
You can store them in a closed container for 5-7 days in refrigerator.
Additional Info:
- You can replace defatted soya flour with finely sieved soya chunks flour.
- You can add cocoa powder to it to make a chocolate peda.
- You can replace low calorie sweetener with sugar as per your macros.
