Besan 60 g Hing 1/2 tsp
Rice Flour / Rava 15 g Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 15 g Salt 1/4 tsp
Water Sufficient for dough Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Black Salt 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder 1/4 tsp

Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Procedure: Making Sev Bhujia

  1. Divide the dough into portions and make sev in sev maker easily available on amazon.
  2. Airfry the sev at 140 degree celsius for 7-10 minutes.

Crispy soya bhujia sev is ready to munch.
