Procedure : Making Dough
- Make a dough using low carb flour, little salt, baking soda and curd and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Procedure : Making Sauce
- Remove tomatoes skin by blanching them in hot water.
- Make a smooth paste in a mixer by grinding tomato (50 g), dried red chilly (3 pieces) and salt.
- Empty the paste in a bowl and add kashmiri red chilly powder, oregano, pizza seasoning and a little sweetener for tangy taste.
Procedure : Making Filling
- Sauté olive oil, crushed garlic for few seconds in a non stick pan.
- Now add onion and stir fry for a minute. Then add capsicum and sauté for few seconds. Then add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, chilly flakes, white pepper powder, paneer, coriander leaves, kasuri methi, garam masala, crushed mint leaves, pizza seasoning and mix it well.
- Your stuffing is ready.
Procedure : Baking
- Knead the dough well for 4-5 minutes, roll it like a big chapati and cut it into 6 equal portions.
- Take one portion, stretch it a little, spread the sauce on it, then the stuffing and top it with cheese.
- Now take the three sides and join them properly. Repeat to make all of them like this.
- Brush them with milk so that they are baked properly.
- Bake them in air fryer at 175 degree celsius for 10-11 minutes or bake them in oven at 180 degree celsius for 12-13 minutes or on gas flame by keeping salt at the bottom of the utensil and then keeping these parcels in a greased tin.
- Now brush them with butter and sprinkle oregano on top.

You can store in an air tight box in refrigerator upto 2 days. Reheat before eating.

- You can use wheat flour or sooji instead of low carb flour.
- You can also use a combination of low carb flour and sooji instead of low carb flour as per your macros.
- You can add sweet corn to your stuffing.
- You can make stuffing with any vegetables, tofu or mushrooms as per your macros.
- You can avoid cheese and to make a vegan version of the zingy parcel.
