Procedure: Making Cooler
- Mix milk, defatted soya flour, thandai syrup, stevia or erythritol along with ice in a blender jar and blend it into a even drink.
- You can control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
- Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with almonds, pistachios and kesar.
Outcome:
Light brown, Smooth, Sweet spicy taste, Pungent aroma.
Shelf Life:
2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Storage Instructions:
- Refrigerate immediately and consume it within 2-3 hours. Shake/ stir well before consuming.
- Tastes best when consumed immediately.
Additional Info:
- You can replace thandai with whey or rose syrup or roohafza or any fruit like banana or mango or any fruit syrup to get the desired flavour.
- You can increase or decrease the defatted soya flour quantity according to the consistency you prefer.
- You can replace defatted soya flour with fine soya chunks powder.
