Defatted Soya Flour 40 g Stevia & Erythritol Powder As per taste
Toned Milk 30 g Almonds & Pistachios (finely chopped) 1-2 pieces
Thandai Syrup 25-30 g or as per taste Kesar Strand 1-2 strands
Ice Cubes 2-3 pieces Water 1/2 cup

Procedure: Making Cooler

  1. Mix milk, defatted soya flour, thandai syrup, stevia or erythritol along with ice in a blender jar and blend it into a even drink.
    • You can control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
  2. Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with almonds, pistachios and kesar.

Your chilled soya thandai cooler is ready to drink.

Storage Instructions:

  • You can replace thandai with whey or rose syrup or roohafza or any fruit like banana or mango or any fruit syrup to get the desired flavour.
  • You can increase or decrease the defatted soya flour quantity according to the consistency you prefer.
  • You can replace defatted soya flour with fine soya chunks powder.
