Procedure: Making Cooler
- Mix milk, drinking chocolate powder, stevia or erythritol along with ice in a blender jar and blend it into a smooth drink.
- You can control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
- Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with grated chocolate or choco chips.

- You can increase or decrease the defatted soya flour quantity according to the consistency you prefer.
- You can replace defatted soya flour with fine soya chunks powder.
- You can replace regular milk with nut milk or soya milk to make a vegan version.
