Drinking Soda | 1 Cup | Jaljira Powder | 1 tsp |
Procedure: Making Cooler
- Mix mint leaves along with all the spices (except defatted soya flour) in a mixer and make a thick paste.
- Now add this paste, defatted soya flour, ice and water in a blender jar and blend it.
- Maintain the desired consistency using water & ice.
- Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Now add soda to enjoy your cooler.
Outcome:
Bottle green, Smooth, Spicy tangy taste, minty aroma.
Shelf Life:
2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Storage Instructions:
- Refrigerate immediately and consume it within 2-3 hours. Shake/ stir well before consuming.
- Tastes best when consumed immediately.
Additional Info:
- You can replace water with curd to get a mint jaljira chaas flavour.
- You can increase or decrease the defatted soya flour quantity according to the consistency you prefer.
- You can replace defatted soya flour with fine soya chunks powder.
