Procedure: Making Cooler
- Add curd, defatted soya flour along with ice and all the spices in a blender jar and blend it into a even drink.
- You can control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
- Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Outcome:
Creamy White, Smooth, Sweet spicy taste, Minty aroma.
Shelf Life:
2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Storage Instructions:
- Refrigerate immediately and consume it within 2-3 hours. Shake/ stir well before consuming.

- You can replace curd with chaas flavour whey or thandai or any fruit like banana or mango or any fruit syrup to get the desired flavour.
- You can increase or decrease the defatted soya flour quantity according to the consistency you prefer.
- You can replace defatted soya flour with fine soya chunks powder
- You can replace regular curd with any nut curd or soya curd to make a vegan version.
