Ingredients: Defatted Soya Chaas Cooler

Defatted Soya Flour 25 g Salt As per taste
Curd 100 g Jeera Powder (fine) 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup or as per consistency Black Salt 1/4 tsp
Mint Leaves 4-5 leaves Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp
Ice Cubes 2-3 pieces Red Chili Powder 1/4 tsp

Procedure: Making Cooler

  1. Add curd, defatted soya flour along with ice and all the spices in a blender jar and blend it into a even drink.
  2. You can control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
  3. Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Your chilled chaas cooler is ready to drink.

  • You can replace curd with chaas flavour whey or thandai or any fruit like banana or mango or any fruit syrup to get the desired flavour.
  • You can increase or decrease the defatted soya flour quantity according to the consistency you prefer.
  • You can replace defatted soya flour with fine soya chunks powder
  • You can replace regular curd with any nut curd or soya curd to make a vegan version.
