Procedure: Making Cooler
- Add milk (nut milk in case if you are a vegan), defatted soya flour and rose syrup along with ice in a blender jar and blend it into an even drink (alternatively just add all ingredients in a shaker or tumbler (with shaker ring) and shake vigorously).
- Control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
- Transfer the contents in a serving glass and garnish with rose petals.
Outcome:
Light pink, Smooth, Sweet taste, Rosy aroma.
Shelf Life:
2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Storage Instructions:
- Refrigerate immediately and consume it within 2-3 hours. Shake / stir well before consuming.
- Tastes best when consumed immediately.
Additional Info:
- You can replace rose syrup with whey or thandai or any fruit like banana or mango or any fruit syrup to get the desired flavour.
- You can increase or decrease the defatted soya flour quantity according to the consistency you prefer.
- You can replace defatted soya flour with fine soya chunks powder
- You can replace regular milk with any nut milk or soya milk to make a vegan version.
- You can replace rose syrup with rose essence to reduce calories further.
