Procedure : Making Manchurian Balls
- Take defatted soya flour (35 g), finely chopped cauliflower, green chilly (1) and ginger in a bowl.
- Add salt and black pepper to it and make a soft dough (softer than chapati).
- Make small balls from the dough and keep them in the air fryer for 14-15 minutes at 175 degrees celsius.
- Once the balls are ready, take them out and keep them aside.
Procedure :
- Heat oil (5 g) in a pan. Once hot, add green chilly (1), ginger and garlic to it.
- Sauté for 30 seconds and add onion, capsicum and cabbage to it.
- Stir fry the vegetables for 2 minutes and then add manchurian balls, soya sauce, chilly sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper as per taste.
- Add defatted soya flour (5 g) mixed with half cup water to the above gravy and mix it properly.
- Sprinkle spring onions for garnishing.

Additional Info:
- You can replace defatted soya flour with finely sieved soya chunks flour.
- You can add other vegetables as per your choice and macros.
- You can add a little corn starch with water instead of soya flour for thickening.
