Procedure : Making Dough
- Make a dough by using low carb flour (40 g), sooji, salt, ajwain and baking powder.
- Chop onion (finely) in chopper along with green chilly, ginger and garlic.
Procedure : Making Filling
- Take defatted soya flour, add chopped onions, salt, red chilly powder, amchoor powder, chat masala, garam masala and kasuri methi to it and make a filling by adding some water to it.
Procedure : Making & Cooking Litti
- Take the dough, make 5 balls, roll them a little and fill it with defatted soya masala and make it in the shape of a ball.
- Now air fry them at 170 degree celsius for 17-18 minutes till crispy.

Storage Instructions:
You can refrigerate it for 2-3 days in an air tight box. Reheat before eating.
Additional Info:
- You can use finely sieved soya chunks flour instead of defatted soya flour.
- You can use wheat flour instead of low carb flour as per your macros.
- You can use roasted besan with soya flour.
- You can skip the ghee for a vegan version.
