Defatted Soya Flour 25 g
Curd 100 g
Stevia 10 g
Water As per consistency
Elaichi Powder (optional) 1/4 tsp

Procedure: Making Lassi

  1. Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend.
  2. Now add water as per your desired consistency and blend once again.
  3. Transfer it to a serving glass.

Your defatted soya lassi is ready.
Serve it chilled with ice cubes!

Outcome:

Creamish White colour, Smooth texture, Sweet taste, Sweet aroma.

Shelf Life:

It should last for maximum one hour in refrigerator.

Storage Instructions:

Please refrigerate the drink and consume it within one hour.

Additional Info:

  • You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour.
  • You can replace add rose syrup or any other flavour like khus, orange, mango or any flavoured whey to change flavour and even increase the protein content.
