Procedure: Making Lassi
- Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend.
- Now add water as per your desired consistency and blend once again.
- Transfer it to a serving glass.
Outcome:
Brown colour, Smooth texture, Chocolate aroma, Sweet taste.
Shelf Life:
It should last for maximum one hour in refrigerator but try to consume immediately after making.
Storage Instructions:
Please refrigerate the drink and consume it within one hour.
Additional Info:
- You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour.
- You can replace chocolate powder with chocolate flavoured whey to increase the protein content.
