Defatted Soya Flour 25 g
Curd 100 g
Stevia 10 g
Water As per consistency
Chocolate Powder 10 g

Procedure: Making Lassi

  1. Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend.
  2. Now add water as per your desired consistency and blend once again.
  3. Transfer it to a serving glass.

Your defatted soya choco lassi is ready.
Serve it chilled with ice cubes!

Brown colour, Smooth texture, Chocolate aroma, Sweet taste.

Shelf Life:

It should last for maximum one hour in refrigerator but try to consume immediately after making.

Please refrigerate the drink and consume it within one hour.

Additional Info:

  • You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour.
  • You can replace chocolate powder with chocolate flavoured whey to increase the protein content.
