Defatted Soya Flour 25 g Jaljira Powder 5 g
Lemon Juice 10 g Black Salt 5 g
Stevia 10 g Ice Cubes 3-4 pcs
Water Just enough to blend Mint Leaves 4-5
Drinking Soda 250-300 g

Procedure: Making Cooler

  1. Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend.
    • Control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
  2. Now pour this mixture in a glass with ice and mint leaves.
  3. Now add drinking soda to it.

Your soya lemon soda is ready to drink.
Enjoy it post workout to feel refreshed.

Storage Instructions:

  • Drink it immediately as the effervescence of soda will disappear.

  • You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour.
  • You can add flavoured syrup like khus, orange, mango for different flavours.
