Procedure: Making Cooler
- Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend.
- Control the consistency by adding additional ice or water.
- Now pour this mixture in a glass with ice and mint leaves.
- Now add drinking soda to it.
Outcome:
Light brown, Effervescent texture, Sour spicy taste, Sour aroma.
Shelf Life:
To be consumed immediately.
Storage Instructions:
- Drink it immediately as the effervescence of soda will disappear.
Additional Info:
- You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour.
- You can add flavoured syrup like khus, orange, mango for different flavours.
