Ingredients: Defatted Soya Choco Sandesh

Defatted Soya Flour 20 g
Paneer 40 g
Unsweetened dutch cocoa powder 5 g
Sweetener 10 g

Procedure : Making Mixture

  1. Take defatted soya flour, roast it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  2. Take the paneer, add the roasted soya flour to it (after cooling), add sweetener, cocoa powder and mash it evenly with your palms for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now shape them as you want to and enjoy.

Your soya sandesh is ready.
Cool it slightly and enjoy!

To be eaten fresh or can be consumed within 3-4 days.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a closed air-tight container for 3-4 days in refrigerator.

Additional Info:

  • You can replace defatted soya flour with finely sieved soya chunks flour.
  • You can add raw whey to increase protein density.
  • You can add any other essence or elaichi powder or saffron instead of cocoa powder to give it a different taste.
