Procedure : Making Mixture
- Take defatted soya flour, roast it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Take the paneer, add the roasted soya flour to it (after cooling), add sweetener, cocoa powder and mash it evenly with your palms for 3-4 minutes.
- Now shape them as you want to and enjoy.

- You can replace defatted soya flour with finely sieved soya chunks flour.
