Procedure :
- Add defatted soya flour to 200 ml/ gms milk and mix it well.
- Place it on flame and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Let it cool and keep it in refrigerator for an hour or two.
Procedure :
- Take it out from the fridge, blend it with vanilla extract and sweetener.
- Add fruits to it and again keep it in refrigerator.

- You can use finely sieved soya chunks flour instead of defatted soya flour.
