Ingredients: Defatted Soya Fruit Custard

Defatted Soya Flour 25 g Sweetener 8-10 g
Low Fat Milk 200 g Vanilla Essence few drops
Orange 35 g
Apple 35 g
Banana 20 g
Pomegranate 20 g

Procedure :

  1. Add defatted soya flour to 200 ml/ gms milk and mix it well.
  2. Place it on flame and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Let it cool and keep it in refrigerator for an hour or two.

Procedure :

  1. Take it out from the fridge, blend it with vanilla extract and sweetener.
  2. Add fruits to it and again keep it in refrigerator.

Your soya fruit custard is ready.
Enjoy it cold!

Tastes nice if eaten as and when prepared. You can also store it for upto 2 days.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a closed container for maximum 2 days in refrigerator.

Additional Info:

  • You can use finely sieved soya chunks flour instead of defatted soya flour.
  • You can add other fruits as per your choice and macros.
