Procedure : Making Mixture
- Chop bell peppers finely and add mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper and mixed herbs.
- Take defatted soya flour, add pinch of salt and make a dough softer than chapati.
- Make small balls of cheese and cover them with soya dough.
- Now roll them in bread crumbs and air fry them at 170-175 degree celsius for 12-13 minutes.

Shelf Life:
Tastes best when consumed fresh. You can also store it in refrigerator for couple of days.
Storage Instructions:
Refrigerate in an air tight container for 2-3 days. Reheat before eating.
Additional Info:
- You can use fine soya chunks powder instead of defatted soya flour.
- You can use onions as filling along with bell peppers.
- You can use only cheese for filling.
