Pre Prep Stage: Making Pizza Base
- Mix all ingredients of pizza base and make a soft dough by adding warm water slowly.
- Now grease the dough with oil and cover it and keep in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
- Once the dough risens up, knead it again and divide it into equal parts.
- Now roll into the shape of pizza base and punch holes with the help of a fork.
- Now roast a little (only to give a firm shape) from both sides for 1-2 minutes on a non stick pan.
- Do not overcook like roti.
- Make all the pizza base in the same way.
Procedure: Making Pizza
- Now spread the pizza sauce on a pizza base and add the veggies on top.
- Then, add cheese and sprinkle it with oregano, chili flakes or any pizza sprinkler.
- Bake your soya pizza on pan/ microwave/ air-fryer as per the setting.
Procedure: Baking in Airfryer
- Preheat the air-fryer for 3-5 minutes (only for the first pizza) and then place the pizza in the pan.
- Cook it for 7-8 minutes in the air-fryer at 180.
- Keep checking every 3-4 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Tip: The pizzas which you make after the initial 2-3 pizzas will be cooked faster as the air-fryer is already hot.

Shelf Life:
Pizza base should last for approx. one week in refrigerator.
