Procedure 1: Making Tikki
1. Take defatted soya flour (25 g), paneer (10 g), soya granules (10 g), onion (20 g), salt, black salt, chat masala, ginger, green chilly and mix well.
2. Roll them into tikkis and roast them on non stick tawa with butter (2 g) until golden brown.
Procedure 2: Cooking Noodles
1. Boil the noodles.
2. Roast garlic butter (4 g), ginger, garlic, green chilly paste in a non stick pan.
3. Now stir fry the veggies by adding them one by one.
4. Stir fry for 2 minutes, then add noodles, salt, pepper and all the sauces.
5. Mix well and noodles is ready.
Procedure 3: Exotic Veggies
1. Take garlic butter (4 g) in a non stick pan, add all the exotic vegetables.
2. Sauté for 4-5 minutes and then add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and mix well.
Procedure 4: Making Kebab
1. Take thick curd in a bowl, add defatted soya flour, salt, black salt, chaat masala, black pepper, ginger, garlic paste, red chilly powder, garam masala and kasuri methi.
2. Make a thick paste, add some water if required and coat the paneer with the paste.
3. Air fry coated paneer at 175 degree celsius for 12-13 minutes.
Outcome:
Piping hot.

Additional Info:
- You can use fine soya chunks powder instead of defatted soya flour.
- You can add other vegetables to the tikkis as per your macros.
- You can use tofu instead of paneer wherever required or in case of vegans.
- You can use maida noodles instead of low carb noodles as per your macros.
