Procedure 1:
1. Take some water in a pan, add half teaspoon salt and let it boil.
2. Break the noodles into small pieces and add to the boiling water.
3. Cook for 7-8 minutes and then strain out the water.
4. Now air fry the boiled noodles at around 180 degree celsius for 7-8 minutes or as crispy required. Keep aside once prepared.
Procedure 2:
1. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and cucumber and keep aside.
2. Also chop the coriander leaves for garnishing.
Procedure 3:
1. Mix the prepared noodles, chopped vegetables, all masalas, lemon juice and green chutney.
2. Immediately transfer the mix to a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Outcome:
Crunchy, spicy and tangy bhel.

To be eaten as soon as prepared.

Additional Info:
- Murmura and soya granules can be roasted and mixed along with dry masalas and used as a snack with tea or make jhaal mudi for future use.
- Masalas can be added to the boiled and air-fried noodles and used as a snack.
- Sauté vegetables like onion, cabbage, capsicum and add soya sauce and chinese masala to make defatted chinese bhel.
