Procedure 1: Making Dough
1. Mix both the flour (defatted soya flour and low carb flour).
2. Knead the dough with some salt and keep it aside.
Procedure 2: Making Filling
1. Finely chop all the vegetables except tomatoes.
2. Add 5g of butter in a pan and fry garlic cloves.
3. Add vegetables to it and sauté for about 5 minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix well.
Procedure 3: Making Momos
1. Roll thin dough and put filling in it (shape it as you want).
2. Steam momos for about 15 minutes.
3. Marination – Take curd, add salt, chaat masala, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, dried fenugreek leaves and lemon juice.
4. Marinate momos for 10 minutes.
5. Preheat oven at 200 degrees and grill momos for 10 minutes till its color changes.
Procedure 4: Preparing Sauce
1. Boil tomatoes, garlic cloves and dry chilis for 10 minutes.
2. Blend it with salt and vinegar.
3. Take a pan add butter and cook the sauce for 5 minutes.
4. Garnish with some dried fenugreek leaves.
Outcome:
Golden brown colour, crispy, spicy taste.

Additional Info:
- You can use wheat flour instead of low carb flour.
- You can add paneer in the filling as well.
- You can pan fry or deep fry momos instead of grilling.
