Procedure :
1. Mix defatted soya flour, all spices, lemon juice, oil and water into a thick paste and keep aside.
2. Mix murmura, roasted soya granules, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and coriander leaves.
3. Now add the soya paste to the murmura mixture and serve immediately.

Eat immediately when prepared. Cannot be stored as it will become soggy.

- You can create and store a mixture of roasted murmura and roasted soya granules along with dry masalas and use it as a snack with tea or make jhaal mudi for future use.
- You can use finely sieved soya chunks powder instead of defatted soya flour.
