Procedure :
- Dry roast defatted coconut flour and milk powder in a pan for 4-5 minutes.
- Add in milk and stevia and roast for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame and add elaichi powder and kesar.
- Let the mixture cool and then roll into small logs. Garnish with kesar and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Outcome:
Light creamish colour,soft.
