Ingredients: Defatted Coconut Mawa Rolls

Defatted Coconut Flour 40g Elaichi Powder 1/4th tsp
Skimmed Milk Powder 20g Kesar 8-10 strands
Low Fat Milk 120 ml Sweetener (stevia) 3 gms

Procedure :

  1. Dry roast defatted coconut flour and milk powder in a pan for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add in milk and stevia and roast for another 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from flame and add elaichi powder and kesar.
  4. Let the mixture cool and then roll into small logs. Garnish with kesar and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
